December 13th
The U17's drew 2 - 2 with Hayes & Yeading at St Marks in a good competitive game against the league leaders. The Dragons were missing the "Twins" and it was Hayes who had the upper hand scoring 35 minutes into the game from a cross whipped in from the left hand side to find a free player in the area. The Dragons soon responded and on the 40th minute made it 1-1. The second half saw Hayes pushing forward, looking to score but it was Dragons who pulled ahead to 2-1 before Hayes equalized on the 70th minute. This was a good result from a Dragons side missing a few key players.

Game vs Forest United Rained off
November 22nd
The U17's lost 2-4 to Yeading Wanderers away. The Dragons started strongly and took the lead after 15 minutes. Yeading, frustrated by not being able to get much ball, responded by playing a physical game under the benign eyes of the Yeading appointed Ref. Eventually Yeading scored from a corner and then again from a cross. The Dragons' confidence wilted and they conceded a third goal just before half time. A spirited half time talk restored morale and the Dragons battered the Yeading goal but could not quite score before Yeading grabbed a fourth against the run of play. This was a blow for the Dragons but they kept their heads up and kept playing football to score again but alas it was too late for a comeback.

The U17's lost 1-2 away to Josephs. A frustrating result for the Dragons
who felt they had beaten a better team last week. St Joseph's had a
simple plan - always channel their attacks through their one good
player. Apart from this one talented player St Josephs relied on hard
tackling and the Dragons inability to retain the ball. St Josephs went
1-0 up at half time and then 2-0 after 15 minutes of the second half.
The Dragons pulled back to 2-1 with a brilliant free-Kick. The Dragons
played competitive football for the last 20 minutes and managed to
create chances, including being awarded a penalty which they failed to
convert. A frustrating loss.
